Monday, Jan 4: Athens Lodge Regular Meeting Night.  7:00 p.m.

Saturday, Jan 9: Athens Lodge “Bring Everyone You Know Breakfast”.  Breakfast will be served at 8:00 a.m.  Immediately following breakfast, Brother Jarrod Wayne Strickland will be Raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason.  The work will begin at 10:00 a.m.  If you would like to participate in the work, please see the Worshipful Master before the lodge opens.  All regular Master Masons are invited to attend.  HELP NEEDED!

Monday, Jan 11: Athens Lodge Regular Practice Night.  7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan 13: Fifth District Coordinated Practice Sessions resumes.  Athens Lodge #16 will host the first practice night at 7:00 p.m.

Monday, Jan 18: Athens Lodge Regular Practice Night.  7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan 20: Fifth District Coordinated Practice Night at Decatur’s Rising Sun Lodge #29.  7:00 p.m.

Monday, Jan 25: Grand Master Dinner/Reception at Decatur’s Rising Sun Lodge #29.  The Fifth District and Rising Sun Lodge #29 will host a Dinner and Reception for our new Most Worshipful Grand Master Brother Larry Hancock.  This event will be open to all Masons and their wives.  The Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.  After the Introduction of the Grand Master and visiting dignitaries, the Lodge Officers of the Fifth District will be introduced to the Grand Master.  Please contact the brethren of your Lodge and urge their attendance.

Wednesday, Feb 3: Fifth District Coordinated Practice Night at Decatur’s Rising Sun Lodge #29.  7:00 p.m.

Monday, Feb 8: Athens Lodge Regular Practice Night.  7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb 10: Fifth District Coordinated Practice Night at Athens Lodge #16.  7:00 p.m.

Saturday, Feb 13: Out next District Five Conference will be held at North Border Lodge #391 in Salem, AL.  The conference will start at 1:00 p.m.  Work Assignments have been mailed to each lodge.  Check with your Worshipful Master and/or Secretary for a list of your assignments.
